Carissa is a highly experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who has provided her expertise to individuals ranging from infancy to 21 years of age with speech and language difficulties. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's and Master's of Arts degree from St. John's University, which has equipped her with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional services.

As a strong advocate for sensory integration and collaboration, Carissa utilizes evidence-based approaches to enhance her teaching methodologies. Her extensive training in P.R.O.M.P.T, LSVT certification, and DTTC has further augmented her proficiency in delivering effective interventions to her clients.

Carissa's rigorous screening and assessment procedures enable her to develop personalized goals and devise an individualized treatment plan for each child. Cristianna is a registered Behavior Technician, possessing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from St. John's University, and is pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy at Monmouth University. Her professional experience includes working with children of diverse abilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and pediatric brain injuries. She has a strong background in sensory integration, which she effectively employs to address children's sensory needs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their development. Currently, she is conducting research and completing a doctoral capstone focused on inclusive sports for children with autism, reflecting her commitment to promoting inclusivity and well-being in the lives of all children.

Justina is a dedicated student at Monmouth University, where she is pursuing a degree in Health Studies/Health Science with a minor in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Known for her strong communication and interpersonal skills, Justina plays an integral role as a Clinic Coordinator,  balancing both administrative and clinical responsibilities. Her passion for the field fuels her commitment to excellence, as she works toward her ultimate goal of earning a Master's degree and becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist. With a clear vision and unwavering drive, Justina is making significant strides toward her future career.

Kendra is currently a senior at Stockton University, set to graduate this fall. Her passion for the field of speech therapy began after witnessing her younger brother, who is on the autism spectrum, thrive through the support of a Speech-Language Pathologist. This experience ignited her desire to make a difference in the lives of children. With a strong commitment to working with kids, Kendra is excited to begin her career in this rewarding field and contribute to helping others grow and succeed. Kendra s excited to contribute to the team at SpOT On as a Parent Coordinator, where she'll be working closely with kiddos and families!

Genesis is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a masters degree from Kean University. Throughout her academic journey, she has developed a deep understanding of occupational therapy principles and techniques, utilizing sensory based and client-centered approaches in treatment. This knowledge has been instrumental in her work with children experiencing developmental and learning disabilities, enabling her to provide tailored interventions that promote growth and independence. 

Furthermore, her clinical experience with adults with neurological conditions has enhanced her ability to develop effective treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to help clients regain functional abilities and improve their quality of life.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Genesis served as a graduate assistant at Kean University's Occupational Therapy Clinic. This role provided her with a valuable opportunity to contribute to the community by assisting in the creation of innovative programs designed to meet the specific needs of various populations. Her goal is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families, empowering them to achieve their fullest potential through the power of occupational therapy.

Brianna is a dedicated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of New Jersey. Brianna graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Family Science and Human Development with a concentration in Family Services. She attended graduate school at Stockton University and obtained a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She has a deep passion for helping individuals across the lifespan of all abilities overcome communication and swallowing disorders to positively improve their quality of life. Throughout her academic journey, she has gained a solid foundation for integrating the principles and methods of prevention, assessment, and intervention. Her coursework and hands-on clinical experiences, including working with the pediatric population in a public school setting and the adult population at an outpatient NeuroRehab facility, have equipped her with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices and the ability to tailor interventions to individual needs. Brianna has always had a strong interest in pediatric care and has experience working with a variety of diagnoses, including receptive and expressive language disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, feeding, pragmatics, Apraxia of Speech, and fluency. Her ability and enthusiasm to advocate and build rapport with clients and their families, combined with my dedication to continuous learning in the field to provide optimal care, have significantly contributed to positive therapeutic outcomes. 

Phoebe is a committed Speech-Language Pathologist with a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Monmouth University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University. Phoebe is a PROMPT trained therapist and is dedicated to customizing treatments for each child. Her professional background spans working with patients aged 1 to 18, addressing various areas including receptive and expressive language disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, dysphagia, picky eating, pragmatics, and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). She evaluates and assesses children to create personalized and comprehensive treatment plans. Phoebe's passion lies in assisting individuals with communication and developmental challenges, making her a highly dedicated clinician in her field. 

Isabella Troia is a dedicated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist who brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her practice. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Towson University and furthered her education with a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Kean University. Her professional experience covers various settings, including schools, private practice, and clinical environments, where she has worked with individuals of all ages, from young children to adults. Isabella’s areas of expertise include speech sound disorders, language delays, and communication strategies for individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Her approach is characterized by a client-centered philosophy, emphasizing personalized therapy plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Her enthusiasm for her profession contributes to her holistic approach to client care and her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those she supports.

Gina is an experienced occupational therapist who provided services to children with varying ages and diagnoses in both the school setting and private practice. With a wealth of experience, she specializes in sensory processing, fine motor skills, gross motor development, emotional regulation, and more. Gina holds a creative approach to treatment, often designing engaging activities tailored to each child's unique needs and interests. Her compassionate nature and dedication to helping children thrive make her an invaluable asset to any team.

Alyssa is a dedicated and registered occupational therapist who earned both her undergraduate and Masters degree from Quinnipiac University. Through her academic and clinical experience, Alyssa has had the opportunity to provide services to individuals of all ages and abilities in both a sensory clinic and school-based settings. She has experience working working with children ages 3 to 21 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, supporting them in reaching their academic and personal goals. Her commitment and dedication to helping children achieve their fullest potential continues to drive her professional and personal development.

Jacqueline is an experienced therapist who holds a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Touro College and a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from St. John’s University. She earned her New York State Teaching Certification (TSSLD) before earning her New Jersey State License. With a focus on children aged 2 to 16, Jacqueline's career has been marked by her commitment to making a difference in their lives. She is currently working in a preschool environment, where she works closely with students with various communication disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. Jacqueline's expertise extends to utilizing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices, ensuring that each child has the means to express themselves effectively. Jacqueline is PROMPT trained and very passionate about working with helping children find their voice. 

Krista is an experienced speech language pathologist who provides services to children with varying ages and diagnoses in both the school setting and private practice. With a wealth of experience, she holds a creative approach to treatment, often designing engaging activities tailored to each child's unique needs and interests.
